WORKSHOP STRUCTURE:
MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM OF PARTICIPANTS:
The minimum is 8 participants. There is not a maximum number of participants.
GOAL:
The workshop shows via participatory methods based on organizational learning, how to use the collective intelligence of a team in group supervision with the tools of Word café, Open Space Technology and Pro-action Café. Participants learn how to create, share and adapt each tool in their cases, and how to feel the reflection process from another perspective.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS:
This workshop is for supervisors, teachers, principals, decision makers, community building processes, and facilitators.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The participants will learn: 1. how to use these tools, 2. how to combine them with their methodologies and use them for their own needs, 3. how to use these tools in a large scale of people.
WORKSHOP CONTENT:
We will work on the dynamics of a supervision group co-facilitation; facilitate the team(s) host (facilitator). We will learn how to deal with resistance and embrace a collective style, and how to create space with basic rules. We will examine the benefits of sharing and the full usage of collective intelligence. In a further step, we will see how harvesting and design facilitation processes fit with these tools. For each tool, there will a short theoretical description, many practical examples, and instant implementation.
WORKSHOP FLOW:
The instructor will briefly describe the tools with examples. The participants will exercise each tool and discuss in plenum.
EXPECTATION FROM THE PARTICIPANTS:
The participants are expected to share their experience with the methods, explore additional options and combinations.

He also provides training, supervision and facilitation for HR Experts and Professionals of Mental Health, NGOs and Public Sector helping citizens express themselves, eliminate resistance and stereotypes and create a co-creative statement.
