Goals should be high, but not that high so that we cannot achieve them. To repeat easy goals that don’t move us out from what we call comfort zone doesn’t help our development.
Appreciative inquiry is about the positive and affirmative stories, memories and images that we have of ourselves, of others, and of our relationships. Appreciative inquiry assumes that in any organization or relationship there have been times when great things were happening.
Wholeness brings out the best in people and organizations. Bringing all stakeholders together in large group forums stimulates creativity and builds collective capacity.
